At BLOOM365, we KNOW why people become abusive. We KNOW how to get in FRONT of this violence. Even PREVENT it.
How?
By educating and activating 10% of U.S. young people and their adult allies by 2030.
Why?
Because 10% of Gen Z represents the known tipping point for societal-level change.
It worked with smoking cigarettes. It works with fashion. And when you join us, it’ll work to uproot abuse in a generation.
We call this our Big Hairy Audacious Goal: When 10%—6.8 million—youth across the U.S. and 110,000 across Arizona are trained to recognize the signs of abuse and violence, AND are motivated and activated to promote healthy relationships, we WILL uproot abuse in a generation—by 2030.
After all, a systemic problem the size of intimate partner violence needs an equally bold effort.
Let’s prevent abuse before it starts. And increase safety, healing, and well-being for this generation of youth—and the next.
Generations of school kids have learned to “stop-drop-and-roll” in a fire. Yet 5 x more people die from domestic violence in the U.S. than die in fires.
Our aim: To transform our proven methodology into this century’s “stop-drop-and-roll.”
