We aim to educate and activate 10% at a time.
When someone experiences abuse, harassment, or trauma, they rarely start by calling a professional hotline. Instead, they turn to the people they already trust- their peer, battle buddy, teammate, friend, co-worker, mentor, coach, pastor or teacher.
These are the natural helpers in every community, and they serve as the first line of disclosure. Our theory of change is rooted in the 10% tipping point. We strategically educate and activate 10% of a community at a time, turning natural helpers into a powerful front line capable of transforming the whole culture.
