What began in 2006 as a grassroots seed of an idea in Donna Bartos’ mind has BLOOMED into a nationwide Big Hairy Audacious Goal to end interpersonal violence in a generation.

More fun facts about Donna:

• Author, advocate, educator, non-profit executive, and thought leader focused on the prevention of domestic, sexual, and teen-dating violence among Gen Z youth
• Developed the “Are you blooming or wilting?” concept: a research-based, root-cause-prevention tool that guides all of BLOOM365’s work
• Created the to lessen spread of interpersonal violence across generations
• Developed the 3 R’s Peer Influencer Training to advance and accelerate integrated prevention efforts in the military
• Won $100k Fast Pitch award from Social Venture Partners Arizona to seed fund and test the efficacy of BLOOM365’s innovations
• BA in Communication; Master’s in Public Administration
